7-Day Self-Care Challenge: Recharge & Refresh Your Mind, Body, and Soul.


Feeling burnt out?  Stressed to the max?  You're not alone!  Life throws a lot our way, and sometimes we forget to prioritize the most important person in our lives: ourselves.


That's where self-care comes in.   Self-care isn't about bubble baths and face masks (although those can be great!), it's about making conscious choices to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.


Here's the good news: even small acts of self-care can make a big difference.  To help you get started, we've created a 7-Day Self-Care Challenge designed to recharge your batteries and create a happier, healthier you!


  • Day 1: Prioritize Sleep

    • We all know sleep is important, but how often do we truly prioritize it? Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep tonight.  Create a relaxing bedtime routine, dim the lights, and put away electronic devices at least an hour before bed.  A well-rested mind is a happy, productive mind!

  • Day 2: Nourish Your Body

    • You are what you eat! Fuel your body with nutritious and delicious meals and snacks throughout the day.  Focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.  Don't forget to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.



  • Day 3: Move Your Body

    • Physical activity is essential for both physical and mental health.  Get your body moving!  Go for a walk, try a new fitness class, or simply dance around your living room.  Find an activity you enjoy and make it a regular part of your routine.

  • Day 4: Digital Detox

    • We're constantly bombarded with information by our phones and computers.  Take a break from social media for a day (or even just a few hours!).  Disconnect to reconnect with yourself.  Read a book, spend time in nature, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

  • Day 5: Relax & Recharge

    • Schedule some time for pure relaxation.  Take a warm bath, read a book, listen to calming music, or do whatever brings you peace and tranquility.  Give yourself permission to de-stress and unwind.

  • Day 6: Practice Gratitude

    • Taking time to appreciate the good things in life can have a powerful impact on your mood and overall well-being.  Before bed tonight, take a few minutes to write down 3 things you're grateful for.  Focusing on the positive can shift your perspective and boost happiness.

  • Day 7: Connect with Loved Ones

    • Strong social connections are essential for our emotional well-being.  Spend quality time with friends and family.  Go for coffee with a friend, plan a game night, or simply have a meaningful conversation.
